• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The item must be in the same condition you received it — no signs of wear, damage, or modification.

2. Important Condition – Video Proof Required

To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure fairness:

• You must make a clear, continuous video while opening your parcel (showing the shipping label, box sealing, and product inside).

• This video will be required if you claim that the product is damaged, missing, or incorrect.

• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or damaged products caused by improper handling or misuse.

• Products with missing accessories, packaging, or labels.

• Clearance, sale, or discounted items marked as “Final Sale.”

• Any product that has been installed, tested, or tampered with.
